It's safe to say the 4th of July is a dog's least favorite holiday. Some even need to be sedated just to make it through the weekend.

According to officials with the Knoxville Police Department, the body of a black male was discovered around 4:45pm on Friday night on the 2700 block of Riverside Drive.
